WHO WE ARE
We are a purpose driven social enterprise that aims to create the next generation of responsible leaders. As a certified B-Corp, we engage students and staff from universities across the world in social impact consulting projects and workshops to support nonprofits and social enterprises who are making a real difference in their communities.
WHAT WE DO
We complete consulting projects and design thinking workshops with students from universities across the world to assist organizations who are having a strong social or environmental impact in their communities. We also provide teams with mentoring support and training around leadership development, social impact, and human centered design.
HOW WE DO IT
We believe that transformational learning is interactive, practical and experiential. We challenge students to step outside of their comfort zone and LIVE, LEARN, and LEAD in a new community or culture. Through our project-based learning model, we source and manage impact consulting projects with nonprofits and social enterprises from around the globe and lead thought provoking workshops around key social innovation and leadership topics for students and staff.

what we expect from you
Viable, Challenging Project
Help us design a project that will be valuable for your organization's mission and growth. Allow for 3-5 weeks of work from our students.
Warm Welcome to our Students
Offer our students a comfortable and warm welcome to your organization when they arrive in-country. Introduce them to your work, your mission and your staff.
Dedicated Staff Member and Time
At least one staff member to help oversee the project, join biweekly meetings with students, offer space and guidance when in country, and provide them with access to resources they may need to sufficiently assist you with your challenge.

Koiki is a social enterprise that hires people suffering from social exclusion (mainly people with disabilities, young and long term unemployed) to work as postmen/postwomen, called KOIKIs, who provide a green ‘last mile’ delivery service within their neighborhoods by biking, walking or using green vehicles.
