Working closely with partner organizations, fellows contribute to well-defined challenges where their curiosity, creativity, and emerging skill sets can make a meaningful difference.

Throughout the program, participants engage in academic sessions that introduce essential consulting tools, problem-solving frameworks, and reflective leadership practices, all tailored to support students at the beginning of their professional journey.

An important component of the program is cultural immersion. Fellows live and learn in Peru or Spain, exploring each country’s history, traditions, and social contexts. This immersive experience helps students build empathy, adaptability, and cross-cultural awareness, skills essential for future leaders in an interconnected world.

GIF is not a typical internship or volunteer trip.
