Social Impact Lab (SIL)
The Social Impact Lab is a five-week experiential consulting program for IE University MBA students. Offered in Madrid or Johannesburg, participants act as consultants on strategic business and development challenges faced by social enterprises and NGOs, applying core consulting and strategy frameworks to real-world impact projects.
Students based in Johannesburg also engage more deeply with the local cultural and historical context, strengthening their understanding of how social and economic realities shape mission-driven organizations.

The Responsible Consulting Program (RCP)
The Responsible Consulting Program (RCP) is an eight-week experiential learning program for undergraduate students from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. Designed for students in the Global Leadership Program seminar, RCP combines virtual consulting work with a two-week in-country immersion in Peru, where students collaborate with social enterprises and NGOs on real organizational and management challenges.
Working in small teams, participants apply a learning-by-doing approach rooted in responsible leadership, gaining hands-on consulting experience while developing cultural awareness and exposure to Peru’s entrepreneurial and social impact ecosystem.

The Global Social Impact (GSI)
The Global Social Impact (GSI) course is a four-month hybrid experiential program offered by Emzingo|U in partnership with the USC Marshall School of Business. Centered on Human-Centered Design and global business perspectives, students work in teams to co-create solutions with social enterprises and nonprofits, focusing on user needs, service design, and impact-driven innovation.
The experience is complemented by a one-week in-country immersion in Mexico City, where students engage with the local cultural context. Over the past 11 years, GSI has supported mission-driven organizations across Latin America, Africa, and beyond.

Emzingo program fees are offered in two package options, with housing and without housing, allowing participants to choose what best fits their needs.
