Successive learning modules such as Human Centered Design, Cultural Awareness and Theory|U Methodologies allow students to develop desirable, feasible, and viable solutions and recommendations to the project.
Each program is customized to the host country. Remote interactions such as visits, networking, and panels or conversations with organizations, local experts, and responsible business leaders further add to the local context and the program's challenge project.
At the end of the program, the teams present their final recommendations to the social organization. Students also reflect on their experience and how to apply their newly developed skills and knowledge in their academic and professional lives.
