Emzingo aims to inspire responsible leadership and shift away from older, less effective leadership styles – notably the “command and control” and delegation only styles of a few decades ago. Much of what we talk about revolves around creating your own LeaderSHIFT by identifying your own values and authentic leadership style. This article hits a few very interesting points.
